The Role

As a Content Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for Optimizing content for web, social, and digital platforms using AI-assisted tools. Conduct audits and recommend improvements based on AI insights and SEO best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SEO analysts, content writers, and creative teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage predictive analytics for performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and ethical AI practices.
• Contribute to content strategy generation and stay updated on AI trends and market developments.
• Organize schedules to ensure timely delivery of optimized content across platforms.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience in managing large-scale content optimization projects across diverse industries (BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, Travel, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Expertise in SEO and AI-powered content optimization tools (SurferSEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse).
• Ability to analyze and improve content performance using AI-driven analytics dashboards.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms and structured content frameworks.
• Excellent command of grammar, syntax, and content structuring for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in writing assistant tools and AI-based content generation workflows.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, plagiarism detection, and bias mitigation.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Knowledge of voice search optimization and AI-driven personalization techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing and AI-based conversion optimization strategies.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to AI-integrated workflows.
• Intermediate knowledge of content marketing, website migration, and schema markup.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms integrated with AI.
• Multilingual content optimization capability.
