Corporate Lawyer (VC/Tech) | 1-5 PQE
There is a new opportunity to join a leading transatlantic team advising high-growth technology and life sciences companies from early-stage financing through scale-up and exit. This role offers hands-on exposure to venture capital transactions, cross-border financings, and strategic deals across Europe and the U.S. You’ll work closely with founders, investors, and growth funds on matters that shape the future of tech innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate structuring, early-stage financings (including SAFEs, convertible notes), priced rounds (Seed–Series C), and growth equity transactions.
- Draft and negotiate term sheets, subscription and shareholders’ agreements, investor rights, and governance provisions.
- Collaborate on multi-jurisdictional matters and support clients with U.S. market entry, fundraising, and exit strategies (IPO/M&A).

Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor or U.S.-trained attorney with strong academic credentials.
- 1–5 years’ PQE in corporate law with experience in venture capital or technology transactions.
- Excellent drafting skills, commercial judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
