About The Company

We're an early-stage data and AI automation company entering a period of rapid growth. With six enterprise contracts (each 6-figure ACV) kicking off in January and a public launch coming in February 2026, we’re scaling fast.

About The Role

Lead product strategy and execution for a data and AI automation company, translating technical concepts into a coherent roadmap, and managing enterprise client needs.

The role of Product Lead is a mission-critical position within the company, serving as the product engine and the connection between engineering, founders, and enterprise customers. The Product Lead will be responsible for translating deeply technical concepts into a coherent platform strategy, roadmap, and execution plan. This is an internal-facing, highly technical product role, not a commercial PM job.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Building and owning the end-to-end product roadmap across all data and AI automation modules.
  • Translating complex technical work into clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Managing competing enterprise requirements and maintaining a disciplined, reality-based roadmap.
  • Working directly with founders and engineers to align on scope, sequencing, and delivery.
  • Saying “no” (politely but firmly) to maintain focus and prevent roadmap drift.
  • Ensuring planning, execution, and deadlines are rock-solid.
  • Leading product specs, technical scoping, and internal product decision-making.
  • Bringing a principled product perspective into a rapidly scaling deep-tech company.

The role requires a background in software engineering, later transitioning into product management, with experience at a data-driven automation company or strong deep-tech organization. AI and data experience is non-negotiable, as it is core to the role. The candidate should have a track record of working with enterprise clients, preferably in B2B data/AI products, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, especially technical founders. The role demands someone who is confident enough to challenge leadership and push for roadmap discipline, skilled at breaking down complex systems into structured product decisions, and highly execution-driven, with an obsession for planning, deadlines, and delivery.
