In response to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Financials Implementation Consultant to join our New Projects consulting team. New Projects specialises in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementations, and driving business value for our clients. Join our team to help organisations leverage the full potential of TechnologyOne's innovative solutions.

This role is ideal for those with experience of financial accounts, or as a System Accountant, or working with other SaaS Financial systems.

What you'll be doing...

As a Financials Implementation Consultant, you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include:

• Working side by side with our customers to gather requirements, perform configuration, support UAT, enhance, and upgrade our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutions.
• Establish and maintain engagement with all customers and internal stakeholders as required.
• Engage with Consulting Enablement teams to provide any feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools.
• Complete customer program deliverables on time, within project scope and per the negotiated contract/program particulars.
• Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during programs of work, and you will own all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live!

Your Talents...

• Solid understanding of TechnologyOne's Financials product, or similar ERP software, would be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of Financial concepts including AR,AP,GL, reconciliation, taxation,etc.
• Previous experience with budgeting would be an advantage.
• Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, always delivering a compelling customer experience.
• Experience working in consulting capacity.
• A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (SaaS products ideally).
