Senior Recruitment Consultant
Techspire Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across Oracle and PMO/Transformation roles within the UK market. This role is suited to a seasoned agency recruiter with deep domain understanding, strong client relationships, and a consistent track record of successful placements within enterprise-scale programmes.
You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, working closely with senior stakeholders and highly skilled candidates across complex Oracle and transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for Oracle and PMO roles, including Programme Managers, PMO Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Test Managers, and Oracle functional/technical specialists.
- Take detailed role briefs from hiring managers, clarify scope, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner, advising clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and realistic delivery outcomes.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent delivery and professional service.
Candidate Sourcing & Delivery
- Source, qualify, and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and targeted headhunting.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews covering technical capability, Oracle/PMO project experience, availability, rate expectations, and right-to-work.
- Submit well-qualified shortlists, manage interview processes, handle feedback loops, and support offer and onboarding stages.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and long-term candidate relationships within the Oracle and PMO ecosystem.
Market & Domain Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of Oracle and transformation delivery environments, including: Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, Payroll, OTL, Integrations
- Programme & Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Testing, Change & Transformation
- Stay informed on market trends, skills demand, and rate movements to support effective delivery and client advisory.
- Understand the dynamics of large-scale transformation programmes and multi-vendor delivery models.
Process, Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM/ATS, ensuring full visibility of candidates, roles, and activity.
- Follow UK recruitment compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks and IR35 awareness.
- Track recruitment activity against agreed performance expectations and service levels.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8-10 years' experience working within a UK recruitment agency, with a strong focus on Oracle and/or PMO recruitment.
- Proven success delivering roles across complex enterprise or transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior hiring managers and experienced consultants.
- Commercial awareness, including understanding of market rates, candidate availability, and delivery prioritisation.
- Highly organised, delivery-driven, and comfortable managing multiple live requirements simultaneously.
