Role: Salesforce Functional Lead

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + 10% Bonus - DoE

Our notable client, who have achieved ground breaking growth in the last 2 years and looking to double headcount in line with project pipeline growth.

They are behind award-winning activities and veterans within the Salesforce ecosystem, truly building a Salesforce Partner like no other.

Having recently signed another 3 brand new greenfield implementations across some of the hottest industries, are now seeking a functional lead who can bring hands-on declarative expertise alongside ability to lead projects and guide teams.

These projects encompass Agentforce, RCA, FSL, Data Cloud alongside other applications and integrations on a complex and global scale.

This business truly cares for their people and invests heavily in team culture through frequent company funded activities from run-clubs, art-clubs, game-nights, team socials across the city of London and internal training / L&D sessions.

Due to the scale and speed of growth, you have direct and advanced route to stepping into senior level positions including director dependent upon your personal goals. This is supported from mentorship and bespoke plans from C-Suite, regular resources from internal training sessions, funded certifications and a bespoke plan tailored to you.

This is hybrid working role based at their modern style offices located in central London.

Requirements:

• Circa 5+ years Salesforce experience delivering end to end implementations
• Proven experience acting as a senior / lead on Salesforce projects
• Experience working in consulting / at a salesforce partner is essential
• Core Cloud experience (minimum), additional clouds are desired (e.g AI, RCA, FSL, Data Cloud)
• Solution design / hands-on configuration experience
• Strong Business Skills: Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications to experience
• Full Right to work in the UK
