Business Analyst - Business Process Design & End-User Support

6-month contract Outside IR35 Fully Remote (London-based preferred for occasional on-site)

A major national organisation is undergoing a significant finance transformation, including changes to how trainees are paid. As part of this programme, Business Analysts are required to support a dedicated payment-related project.

This is not a technical BA role. The focus is on business process design, process improvement, and end-user support. Experience in finance or HR/people processes is essential.

Important ClarificationThis role is not aligned to the wider SAP-to-Dynamics migration. The BA will be working specifically on a payment-related project, focused on designing and improving new business processes and supporting end users.
