My client is seeking a talented Principal Delivery Manager to join their growing PMO and lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects across D365 CRM, BC, Data, and M365 solutions.

You'll play a key role in shaping delivery standards, mentoring project managers, and ensuring excellence across every stage of the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver multiple complex projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Support the day-to-day management of the team and deputise when required
• Drive project governance, health checks, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and coach project managers, promoting best practice
• Manage budgets and ensure commercial performance
• Support pre-sales activity including bids, tenders, and client presentations

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' project delivery experience within a Microsoft Gold Partner.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
• Proven track record managing complex programmes, budgets, and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
