Digital Support Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Support Apprentice to join our team. This role will sit between our Digital Team and Customer Services Team, supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions that improve customer experiences and streamline council services.
Role
- Assist in developing user stories, personas, and customer journey maps to inform digital solutions.
- Support data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to understand and contribute to digital product development.
- Participate in customer-facing activities, gathering feedback and supporting digital adoption.
- Help document processes, maintain project trackers, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Learn and apply basic skills to support digital initiatives.
- Ensuring that services are delivered in compliance with existing and new Health and Safety legislation and the Council’s Health and Safety Policy, and ensuring that duties are pursued in a safe manner with due regard to the Health and Safety of yourself and others.

- To undertake any other duties properly assigned from time to time by the Director which are appropriate to the grade and character of the post.

Training will take place remotely and on the employers premises
