Currently recruiting a Product Manager for an organisation based in Bradford. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for transforming and enhancing products and services. You will work closely with engineering, data and operational teams to improve product capabilities to ensure they meet customer needs and help drive the organisations objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, define, maintain the product roadmap and aligning with business objectives
  • Understand customer needs for new product opportunities and roadmap development
  • Utilise current customer data to create value propositions
  • Utilisation of data for decision-making and success measurement
  • Ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise features and define success metrics
  • Lead customer prioritisation sessions to maximise value and drive success
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritise product features and requirements
  • Ensure a smooth transition to product owners for backlog management
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create user experiences
  • Act as the main point of contact when communicating product updates and plans
  • Ability to make key decisions on releases and features to ensure a quality and timely delivery
