Business Development Manager – Hospitality Tech

UK (Field-based)

£42k base (raising to £45k after 6 months) with £25k+ OTE

We're hiring for a fast-scaling hospitality tech business that has gone from strength to strength year on year, consistently exceeding company targets and securing additional investment while already being profitable, which is rare in this space.

Their growth is driven by best-in-class technology that genuinely solves real operational problems for bars and restaurants. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, their platform is modular, allowing venues to choose exactly what they need, all at highly competitive price points. Current live products include:

  • POS
  • QR table ordering
  • Staff and shift management
  • Stock and kitchen management

More products are launching this year, with a strong focus on reservations and venue exposure, further strengthening their end-to-end offering.

The business is also deeply embedded in the industry, acting as a key sponsor of leading hospitality podcasts and collaborating with well-known figures such as Eating With Todd and Marco Pierre-White. They are building a genuine hospitality tech ecosystem that celebrates both technology and the industry it serves.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business across your territory, partnering with bars, restaurants, and hospitality groups to modernise how they operate using tech.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Selling consultatively by understanding each venue's individual challenges
  • Building strong relationships with operators, GMs, and decision-makers
  • Representing a brand that is respected and trusted in hospitality
  • Playing a key role in a sales team set to grow by 20+ hires in 2026

What We're Looking For

We are open to two strong profiles:

  • Sales professionals with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Can own the full sales cycle
  • A deep understanding of how tech can support SMB's within Hospitality
  • Ability to win 7+ venues per month
  • Hospitality professionals ready to smash it in a sales career (previous sales exposure needed is a must)
