We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Business Development Executive to join a growing tech company making a real impact on the environment. This is a chance to step up in your career, with lots of opportunity for growth and development.

This is a field-based role with a hybrid/remote work model in the UK. You'll be part of a dynamic commercial team, playing a key role in expanding the company's reach within the UKs waste and recycling sector.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new B2B sales leads and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Visit client sites to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and deliver business development campaigns and presentations with the support of the marketing, technical, and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by leveraging social media, phone calls, networking, and industry events.
• Help us consistently meet annual sales targets.

• A confident and proactive communicator who can clearly present complex ideas.
• A person with a positive attitude who is adaptable and eager to develop within a growing business.
• Proven success in B2B new business sales with a strong solution-selling mindset.
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
