Customer Success Executive
Our client is an award winning SaaS business based in Bristol, they are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join the team as a Client Success Executive. This is your chance to work with a collaborative and innovative team, pushing the boundaries in their sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with onboarding new users to the platform
- Monitoring client usage and engagement, and maintaining health scores
- Organising and supporting regular account review meetings
- Identifying and escalating any potential risks of client churn
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Managing sales pipelines and tracking activity progress
- Creating and maintaining automation rules and email templates
- Generating and sharing regular sales performance reports
- Drafting and sending commercial and contribution agreements
- Managing shared inboxes and handling inbound enquiries
- Answering phone calls and managing general queries
- Providing cover for lead follow up during leave periods
- Updating spreadsheets to monitor renewals and churn
- Supporting the preparation of internal performance dashboards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Sales Coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident and clear communicator with a client first approach
- Comfortable working with data to inform reporting and decision making
- Proactive, reliable, and collaborative
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot
- Located in commutable distance to Bristol
What's on offer:
