Sales Development Representative

Job description:

We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our Sponsorship Sales Development Team. In this role, you will support our Sponsorship Sales organization by generating early-stage pipeline, connecting with senior-level technology leaders, and helping drive revenue opportunities. Ideal candidates are driven, proactive, and excited to accelerate their sales career in a fast-paced, innovative environment—ultimately growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role within 4–5 months.

  • You have some experience in business development or sales development
  • A self-starter with determination, grit, and a drive to create opportunities
  • Comfortable with—or eager to learn—prospecting, outreach, and cold calling
  • A confident, patient, and thoughtful communicator both on the phone and in person

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through a combination of calling and emailing
  • Build relationships with senior management contacts within the technology vendor space
  • Develop and manage an early-stage sales pipeline
  • Follow up on sales-led campaigns and create self-sourced prospect lists
  • Use sales tools and research methods to identify key decision-makers
  • Maintain high outbound call volume and execute mass email campaigns
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Sponsorship Sales Account Executives
  • Understand Millennium's offerings and position them effectively based on prospect needs
  • Track and manage all outreach activity and prospect data within Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity and performance targets
