Assistant Program Manager - Catalog and Change Management 0838
Our client, a global cloud platform, is seeking temporary cover for an Assistant Program Manager – Catalog & Change Management for 9-months to provide short-term capacity support for a major EMEA conference programme.
The role involves supporting the delivery of session catalogues across large-scale events, managing high volumes of session and speaker data and ensuring all digital channels remain accurate before, during and after each event.
This role is fully remote and offers flexible hours, working with international teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Owning session catalogue management across multiple events running in parallel.
· Managing data exports from content management systems and performing manual data cleaning and reformatting.
· Uploading and maintaining session data across web and mobile event platforms.
· Managing ongoing session updates and changes to ensure accuracy across all digital channels.
· Coordinating closely with technology teams to ensure agendas are reflected correctly online and in mobile apps.
· Uploading post-event content to repositories as required.
· Maintaining clear documentation within internal content systems and information packs.
· Attending weekly team meetings and event-specific planning calls.
Requirements:
· Strong programme and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly organised, with the ability to manage frequent change and competing priorities.
· Strong time management skills and confidence working across multiple workstreams.
· Comfortable working with manual processes and high-volume data.
· Experience navigating content management tools (e.g. databases, internal wikis) is advantageous.
