Key Duties/Tasks:
Oversight on multiple teams - driving product enhancements and working closely with sales to ensure product is taken to market with the best possible enhancements
Managing client experience and driving sales through service
Onboarding clients, managing client expectations and dealing with any escalated queries
Working collaborating to drive the growth of Payroll Bureau and technology
