IT Engineer

We are looking for a capable and curious IT Support Engineer to join a growing, friendly technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Microsoft experience who enjoys resolving problems end-to-end and wants to develop towards Azure and modern workplace technologies.

What you'll be doing

• Providing hands-on support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and general troubleshooting.
• Owning tickets through to resolution rather than simply escalating.
• Supporting a range of clients on-site with a strong focus on service.
• Working closely with the team on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform projects.
• Developing your skills in Azure infrastructure, policies, and cyber security.

What we're looking for

• Background in IT support or engineering (Level 1-2).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general Windows environments.
• Understanding of cyber security fundamentals.
• Strong communicator, calm under pressure, personable and service oriented.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.
• Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office.

Working pattern

• Fully on-site for the first 6-12 months for training and security reasons.
• Potential for one hybrid day per week after this.
