We have several new Senior Business Analyst contract roles available, offering the chance to work on large-scale transformation and change programmes.

You’ll be embedded within a major transformation initiative, helping to document, analyse and redesign complex business processes that impact day-to-day operations. This role suits a Business Analyst with a structured mindset, strong documentation capability and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

There are multiple roles available at both mid-level and senior level.

Desired Skills / Experience

• 4+ years Business Analyst experience (mid and senior roles available), Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong change management and operational transformation focus.
• Solid hands-on experience in process mapping (as-is / to-be) and business process redesign.
• Demonstrable experience working on large-scale change or transformation programmes is ideal.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and delivery teams.
• Experience gathering and managing business requirements in complex environments, Confident workshop facilitator with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand the various teams and functions across multi-funnctional teams along with the associated end-to-end interactions in order provide advice and support.
