The Role:

We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager or Client Services Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for the development, retention and help of onboarding of clients to the agency.

You will share performance updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure client success. You'll work closely with sales, creative, and technical teams to enhance efficiency and deliver outstanding campaign results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day management of programmatic client accounts, serving as the primary post-sale point of contact.
  • Plan, launch, optimise, and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns across DSPs to ensure performance and delivery against client KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Ad Operations to translate client objectives into effective programmatic solutions.
  • Monitor pacing, performance, and spend, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and risks.
  • Deliver clear, consistent client communication, including regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing governance for assigned accounts.

About You

  • Client Services experience - programmatic practitioner
  • Strong technical and operational fluency across trafficking, measurement, realities, optimisation basics, and troubleshooting.
  • Highly organised operator with strong prioritisation, communication, hygiene, and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Confident communicator who can manage day-to-day client interactions and support senior colleagues in larger forums
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
