About The Role

The Sales People is a launchpad for ambitious sales careers in startup and venture capital–backed environments.

This is more than a generic BDR role.

It's a high-impact opportunity for driven sales professionals who want fast progression, strong earning potential and exposure to high-growth tech businesses.

We hire, onboard and train sales talent for VC-backed startups and scaling SaaS companies, and we're growing our next cohort of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDR).

This role is designed to progress into mid-level sales roles (Senior BDR / Account Executive track) for high performers.

What You'll Do

As a BDR, you'll sit at the front of revenue growth for a fast-moving tech company.

You will:

  • Prospect and outbound to potential customers
  • Qualify leads based on fit, urgency and commercial opportunity
  • Book high-quality meetings
  • Turn early interest into meaningful sales conversations
  • Share market feedback to improve messaging and go-to-market strategy
  • Continuously develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

You'll be employed by one of our VC-backed, scaling tech clients, while working from The Sales People HQ, surrounded by a high-performance sales culture.
