About the Role

This is an opportunity to step into an integral position at a scaling business. As Recruitment Manager, you'll own the entire talent acquisition strategy, working closely with leadership to attract, engage, and hire world-class talent.

You'll balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, ensuring every hire contributes to the company's mission and culture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering the company-wide talent acquisition strategy.
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Building a scalable recruitment process to support rapid growth.
  • Partnering with leadership to forecast headcount and workforce planning needs.
  • Driving employer branding initiatives.
  • Utilising data and insights to optimise hiring performance and candidate experience.
  • Managing external recruitment partners and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Acting as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with company values.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven success in scaling teams and managing recruitment at pace.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, selection processes, and candidate engagement.
  • Commercial and strategic mindset — able to align recruitment with business growth goals.
  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
