IT Support Anayst
Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Devizes who are actively seeking to engage an IT Analyst on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Resolving help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues by email, phone and in person
- Setting up accounts for staff and installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices
- Responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- IT project work
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in an end user desktop support role or IT operations environment
- Proven hardware and software knowledge
- Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 as well as Microsoft 365 / Azure
- Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Experience of VoIP telephony services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
- Organised and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
