Product Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOE
The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Product Manager to own and evolve the core product and pricing platform that underpins a high-volume digital commerce business.
This role sits at the heart of the product ecosystem, shaping how products, prices, availability and rules flow through complex systems and into customer-facing experiences. You’ll work on foundational capabilities rather than surface-level features, helping to create scalable, predictable systems that enable growth across Search, Conversion, Trade APIs and Customer Operations.

What You’ll Be Working On- Core product and pricing capabilities that power everything the business sells
- Supplier and partner API integrations (pricing, availability, constraints, factual data)
- Live pricing, FX handling, margin controls and promotion rules
- Product structure, taxonomy and bundling logic
- Data quality and propagation across search, checkout, order management and B2B APIs
Your work will directly enable:
- Faster onboarding of new supply and partners
- More flexible product and package creation
- Reduced operational friction and manual interventions
- Future AI-driven search and merchandising capabilities
Product & Platform Ownership
- Translate commercial, operational and customer needs into clear product, API and data requirements
- Define scalable product models, pricing logic and configuration rules
- Own roadmap initiatives that reduce reliance on legacy systems
APIs, Data & Integrations
- Partner with engineering to design and evolve API contracts, data structures and error handling
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams on integration requirements
- Ensure clean, reliable data flows across downstream systems
Pricing, Rules & Governance
- Shape pricing capabilities including FX, margins, discounts and eligibility rules
- Ensure pricing behaviour is explainable, predictable and commercially sound
- Collaborate with commercial and finance teams on governance and controls
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Commercial, Supply, Marketing, Search, Checkout and Customer Operations
- Enable accurate product feeds for B2B partners and third-party integrations
- Reduce booking failures and operational exceptions through better data and structure
Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working on platform, API, data or pricing-heavy products
- Background in high-volume e-commerce, travel, ticketing, marketplace or similar environments
- Strong experience working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs and system design
Skills
- Solid understanding of APIs, data flows and system dependencies
- Comfortable managing complex logic, pricing models or rules engines
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to articulate value and trade-offs
- Excellent written communication and structured thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, hospitality or OTA ecosystems
- Exposure to experimentation, analytics or qualitative research tools
- Product certifications (e.g. CSPO or equivalent)
- High-impact role working on the core engine of a scaling digital platform
- Clear ownership and influence over long-term product architecture
- Hybrid working with a London base
