About the role
Toucanberry Tech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join us on a part time, fully remote basis. This is a long-term contract role with the potential to grow into a Full time position as our business scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process timesheets and expenses for contractors and employees.
  • Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payment tracking.
  • Draft, issue, and renew employment and contractor contracts.
  • Oversee contract renewals and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Manage holiday tracking and leave records.
  • Support ad hoc payroll and operations tasks as required.

About you

  • Experience in payroll administration or operations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
