Assistant Vice President Product Implementation
Job Description Join Tradeweb’s European Product Implementation team and play a key role in integrating new trading functionalities and protocols across our industry-leading electronic trading and regulatory reporting platforms. Serving clients in over 65 countries who collectively trade more than $2.5 trillion daily, Tradeweb is at the forefront of electronic markets — and this role directly contributes to that growth. As a Product Implementation professional, you’ll work closely with liquidity providers to deliver seamless deployments, ensuring they are fully enabled on Tradeweb’s platforms. This is a critical, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, sound judgment under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset. We’ll provide the training, support, and collaborative environment to help you thrive. Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects to integrate new functionalities and trading protocols.
- Onboard liquidity providers onto Tradeweb’s platforms.
- Support dealers with questions related to platform functionality, user interfaces, and APIs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation
- Deliver excellent client service
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to ensure dealer readiness for strategic product rollouts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects effectively.
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
