Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support across the school
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
Support the maintenance and upgrading of school IT systems
Assist with classroom technology, ensuring devices and equipment are always ready for use
Contribute to ongoing IT projects and improvements
About You:
Strong interest in IT and problem-solving
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
Experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial but not essential
