The Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Digital Service Support Engineer to join our IT function and play a key role in delivering and supporting modern, cloud-first digital services. This is a hands-on, user-facing IT support role combining technical troubleshooting, Microsoft Azure administration, Microsoft 365 support, and end-user device management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to end users both remotely and on-site
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop environments
- Diagnose, log, and resolve incidents in line with ITIL best practices
- Configure and support MFA, user accounts, and access controls
- Carry out basic networking tasks including IP addressing and cable patching
- Support device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Take ownership of technical issues through to resolution
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and documentation

The Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced IT Support Engineer or Digital Service Engineer with a strong customer-service mindset and a passion for delivering reliable, secure digital services. You are confident communicating with non-technical users and thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced environment. About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing IT support role
- At least 2 years’ experience administering Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, subnetting, patching)
- Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications
- Confidence supporting users via phone, Teams, and face-to-face
