Global Change Manager - Service Management

Based in Birmingham with flexible hybrid working

£65-75k plus a great range of benefits

We are looking for an experienced change manager to join an exciting organisation undergoing exciting global change. You will be responsible for building out an effective change management process with strong consideration across governance, systems, protocols, standards and reporting. You will work with a number of key stakeholders across the globe and also all external vendors.

You will provide a comprehensive review of all change management reporting to identify trends and potential problem sources, build an inventory of problems under analysis and ensure the correct resources are put in place to provide resolutions.

Key areas include -

  • Service Management, oversee building an effective global change management process as a key element of protecting service levels, interfacing with development, testing, incident, problem and release management process.
  • Process governance and management. Define, own and maintain a clear process, protocols and standards for change management.
  • Develop procedures and interpret and apply policy for specific areas with clear goal to achieve specified outputs.
  • Help in the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Play the lead role in development of complex reports.
  • Develop short and long-term work schedules that enable the business to achieve it's goals.
  • Build long and trusting relationships with internal clients by acting as a business partner.
  • Take overall responsibility for the Knowledge Management System.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrable experience of leading change management in large scale IT organisations with success
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software applications in addition to modern technology including networking, cloud computing and integration.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Experience of working with and managing 3rd party partners.
