Tribal Digital is expanding into one of the fastest-growing areas in tech — Data & AI . We’re looking for a specialist Recruiter to help us build and scale this new division, connecting top talent with high-growth companies shaping the future of AI, automation, and intelligent technologies.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Build and grow our new Data & AI recruitment vertical
🔹 Partner with AI startups, digital agencies, SaaS platforms & data-led businesses
🔹 Hire across Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, MLOps & Analytics
🔹 Develop a high-value candidate network in emerging AI markets
🔹 Create content, insights & outreach strategies showcasing Tribal’s expertise
🔹 Own the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent & contract roles
🔹 Help shape the long-term growth of the Data & AI division
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in tech or data recruitment (agency or in-house)
✔ Strong understanding of Data, AI/ML or Engineering hiring
✔ Confident communicator who can engage both technical candidates & stakeholders
✔ Proactive, organised and commercially minded
✔ Someone who thrives in a growth environment and wants ownership
✔ Passion for emerging AI trends and the evolving tech landscape
