The Opportunity

We're growing and looking for Recruitment Consultants with 1+ year of agency experience to join our tribe. You’ll be stepping into a warm desk with live clients and candidates ready to go.

You’ll have the tools, support, and autonomy to make it your own — whether you’re a 360 recruiter ready to hit the ground running or looking to hone your craft in a people-first team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the digital/tech space
• Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates across digital, product, and tech roles
• Use your market knowledge to develop new business opportunities
• Deliver a consultative service that adds value to both clients and candidates
• Collaborate with a friendly, high-performing team that loves what they do

What You Bring:

• 1 year+ experience in a recruitment agency setting (any sector, though tech/digital is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Confidence in managing a recruitment process end-to-end
• A bit of spark — we like people who bring their personality to work
• Ambition, drive, and a good sense of humour
