IT Service Manager - Birmingham (Hybrid) - IT Service Delivery/ITIL
TrinIT Talent are looking for a IT Service Manager to come on board for a permanent position based in Birmingham (Hybrid). This role is paying £48,000 per annum.
Job Description:-
The Service Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services and operations across products and platforms, ensuring services are available, reliable and performing in line with agreed service levels. You will manage ITIL processes across incident, problem, request, event and change management, coordinate suppliers, maintain service performance visibility and drive operational excellence across the IT environment.
