Truvi builds transparent, data-driven screening and protection infrastructure for short-term rental property managers. We've launched direct sign-up and self-service onboarding, property managers go from signup to live in under 24 hours.

What You'll Do

Use Data to Drive Action

Monitor customer health dashboards (login frequency, screening volumes, feature adoption). When data shows a customer struggling or at risk, act proactively before they churn. Spot patterns across your portfolio and share insights that improve our product.

Solve Problems, Then Scale Solutions

Don't just fix issues for one customer, figure out how to prevent them for the next 100. Work with Product to build better onboarding, write help docs, and suggest improvements that eliminate friction.

Drive Adoption & Expansion

Help customers get so much value they expand. Teach them features they're not using, show ROI data, identify expansion opportunities, and work to close them.

Own the Customer Journey

From onboarding through renewal, you're accountable. Run onboarding calls, conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor churn signals, and build playbooks that scale.

Build the Monetisation Engine

We're enabling property managers to sell our services to their customers. You'll test these capabilities, gather feedback, and help us figure out what works.

About You

You're Data-Curious

You naturally gravitate toward numbers and want to understand why things happen. Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic analytics. You ask 'What does the data say?'

You're a Problem-Solver

You find root causes, not just symptoms. You think systematically about preventing problems, not just reacting to them.

You're Obsessed with Improvement

You see inefficiency and optimise it. 'Good enough' frustrates you. You're always thinking about how to make processes better.

You're Proactive

You spot warning signs and reach out first. You see what needs doing and do it, you don't wait to be told.

You're Systems-Driven

Managing 100's of accounts requires organisation. You use tools (CRM, spreadsheets, automation) to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You Care About Outcomes

Not just 'I sent 50 emails', you want to know if they drove adoption, reduced churn, or created expansion. You measure impact, not activity.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Strong analytical thinking (doesn't matter where, school projects, personal projects, sports analytics, anything)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools
  • Self-motivated, you don't need your hand held
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London (office-first role)

Bonus (but not required)

  • Any work experience (internships, part-time jobs, volunteering)
  • Customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, tutoring)
  • Experience with data/spreadsheets/analytics
  • Built something from scratch (club, event, side project)
  • Interest in startups, SaaS, or proptech

We Don't Require

  • Specific degree or field of study
  • Previous job experience
  • Technical background
  • Knowledge of the short-term rental industry
