Strategic Planning & Monetization Analytics Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Planning & Monetization Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic Global Programs team. This role plays a critical part in planning, executing, and scaling partner programs that support monetization and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing complexity. You bring strong cross-functional leadership, a solid understanding of the advertising ecosystem, and a proven ability to deliver programs from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities-
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Activation, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Engineering, Marketing Science, and Communications to design and execute global programs
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder readiness
- Own program tracking and reporting, including milestones, risks, mitigations, contingency planning, and issue escalation
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively balance business objectives with technical and operational constraints, resolving blockers across teams
- Establish and scale best practices through documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement
- Manage program communication cadences, including leadership updates, escalations, and centralized documentation
- Partner with internal stakeholders to educate and enable teams on available partner programs, opportunities, and materials
- Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to measure program effectiveness, determine ROI, and develop insights-driven decision-making
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across deliverables, timelines, and global stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:-
- Proven experience managing complex programs or projects & Strategic Planning Analytics in a cross-functional, global environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, analytics tools)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including live presentations and written communications
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to bring teams together and improve efficiency
- Experience working with global teams and navigating regional nuances
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Experience with budget management for programs or initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, project trackers).
