What You'll Do

• Define and deliver the company-wide data science strategy
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team
• Lead the design and deployment of production-grade ML systems
• Champion scientific rigour, reproducibility, and excellence in execution
• Collaborate with executives, scientists, and product leaders to drive innovation
• Represent the company at key AI and biomedical industry events

What You Bring

• A track record of building and scaling data science teams that deliver real impact
• Deep technical expertise in time-series ML, probabilistic modelling, or advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern ML tooling
• Experience translating research into deployed, production-ready solutions
• PhD (or equivalent) in a quantitative field
• 10+ years' experience, with proven leadership across science and strategy
• Exceptional communication skills - able to bridge technical depth and business vision
