In this role, you will work closely with operational staff across the business to ensure that telemetry data is reliable, timely, and aligned with operational needs. This is a dynamic and collaborative role that requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll be instrumental in helping us maintain the efficiency and resilience of our asset monitoring systems, contributing directly to the performance and reliability of our services.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage alarm parameter changes in line with operational requirements and standards.
  • Analyse telemetry and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate and communicate planned power outages with relevant stakeholders to minimise operational disruption.
  • Perform telemetry checks for new installations to ensure data integrity and system readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Monitoring and Control teams and wider operational staff to support business-critical processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements related to system monitoring and control.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on telemetry-related issues and best practices.

Technical Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to technical tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with operational teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in an ever changing workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and other MS tools.

Desirable:
