Job Purpose

As Senior Performance Analyst (Market Services) you will responsible for the Market Services performance reporting suite – developing, maintaining and analysing reports to help improve performance

Responding to business and management information requests to support the delivery of great service to our customers. You will also provide technical reporting support to the Market Services team

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Lead the production and publication of Non-Household performance metrics, providing critical insights that drive team and organisational success
  • Interpret and replicate industry-standard performance metrics, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and regulatory expectations
  • Maintain and enhance a core suite of Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) reports, supporting data-driven decision-making across the business
  • Develop a deep understanding of system data structures and relationships, enabling efficient data extraction and integration across multiple platforms using advanced query techniques
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality reporting under tight deadlines, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and reliable insights

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in developing reports, dashboards, and system data extracts, delivering actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in corporate reporting tools, including Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and Databricks, with a strong ability to design and automate data workflows
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL, capable of writing intermediate-level queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Expert-level user of Microsoft Office applications, with particular strength in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data presentation and documentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate complex data into clear, meaningful narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • This role may not be eligible for the visa sponsorship

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • A technical/mathematical degree or significant relevant experience in an analytical role with proven experience in using reporting applications and databases

Desirable Qualifications

  • Accreditation in database or reporting tools
