The Opportunity
We’re looking for driven and ambitious individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants and play a key role in driving our client growth.
You’ll be building relationships with clients and candidates in the tech space — identifying opportunities, matching talent, and helping businesses hire the best in their field.
Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential; if you have sales, customer service, or account management experience and a strong desire to succeed, we’ll give you everything you need to build a rewarding career.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sourcing, engaging, and managing top technology candidates.
- Developing a deep understanding of your market to become a go-to specialist.
- Running campaigns, networking initiatives, and market insights to grow your client base.
- Working closely with the team to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

- Proven sales, customer service, or business development experience (recruitment experience a bonus, not essential).
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Driven, ambitious, and resilient with a results-focused mindset.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to progress quickly.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
