Product Manager – AI & Automation, B2B SaaS
Product Manager – AI & Automation (B2B SaaS)
To £70k + meaningful equity
London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
*Must have the right to work in the UK*
We’re supporting a stealth, AI-first startup that’s quietly transforming a traditional, operationally heavy industry - one that hasn’t meaningfully changed in decades.
The mission is simple but ambitious: use automation and intelligence to modernise how this entire sector operates. Less manual work. Fewer broken processes. More transparency, speed, and impact.
This is a hands-on Product Manager role at an early-stage, high-conviction company. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and real-world deployment, helping turn messy workflows into scalable, intelligent systems.
This isn’t a “write specs and pass them on” PM role.
It’s for someone who wants to build the playbook, not follow one.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with engineers, designers, and founders to shape product direction
- Translating complex, real-world workflows into clear product requirements
- Supporting discovery, delivery, and day-to-day product decisions
- Learning directly from users, data, and live deployments
- Travelling across the UK to see how the product performs in practice — and feeding that insight back into the roadmap
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have shipped products in messy, real-world, ops-heavy environments
- Are comfortable being on-site, in the field, and close to users
- Have worked around automation, workflows, AI, marketplaces, or infrastructure-style products
- Enjoy early-stage ambiguity and moving without a rigid playbook
- Can sit confidently between engineering, operations, and founders
What we’re looking for
- Experience shipping digital products end-to-end
- Strong product intuition and clear communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Bias toward action over perfection
- Interest in AI and automation (hands-on experience is a bonus)
- Bonus points for experience in B2B SaaS, integrations, or operations-heavy domains
Why this role
- Work directly with a highly experienced founding team who’ve previously built and scaled successful PropTech and marketplace businesses
- Founders with deep domain credibility and a track record of genuine industry disruption
- Real ownership, influence, and visibility from day one
- A product with real momentum - and huge scope to shape what it becomes next
If you’re a Product Manager who enjoys building in the real world, working close to users, and using technology to fix broken systems - this is one worth exploring.
