Are you a confident and proactive administrator with exceptional customer service skills? Our client, a well-established and friendly business based in Uxbridge, is looking for a bright and highly organised Service Desk Administrator to join their collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and enjoys a mix of customer service and administration. If you’ve got a background in a busy office or customer support role and enjoy staying on top of the details, this could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails in line with service level agreements
- Logging service requests, issues, and enquiries accurately on the system
- Generating and following up on customer quotes
- Creating and updating service contracts
- Closing service reports and booking engineer visits
- Coordinating product returns and tracking items
- Managing stock and inputting adjustments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident telephone manner and proven customer service experience
- Accurate data entry skills with good attention to detail
- Strong multitasking ability and comfortable in a busy team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage but not essential
This role would suit someone who is approachable, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to deliver a seamless service.
