About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing deep tech organisation operating at the cutting edge of AI-driven hardware and advanced materials. As Director of Marketing, you will own and shape the global marketing strategy, building a powerful brand and commercial narrative across complex, technical products sold into data centre and scientific markets.

You will lead a high-calibre, multi-disciplinary marketing function while working closely with the executive team to drive growth, product adoption, and market leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and evolve the global marketing strategy, translating technical and AI leadership into compelling commercial positioning.
• Partner closely with the executive team to drive growth across an expanding hardware and product portfolio.
• Lead flagship campaigns and step in hands-on where needed, setting the bar for pace, quality, and technical storytelling.
• Build, lead, and develop a best-in-class marketing function spanning content, design, social, and brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to align messaging, demand generation, and narrative.
• Deliver high-impact global product launches and executive-level marketing across integrated channels.
• Elevate presence at key global industry events, shifting from traditional booths to senior-level engagement and thought leadership.
• Clearly articulate advanced AI capabilities and how they enable highly efficient, differentiated hardware solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in senior marketing leadership roles, owning strategy and managing teams.
• Proven experience marketing complex hardware, deep tech, or industrial B2B products with long sales cycles.
• A true player-coach who can set direction and execute at pace.
• Strong narrative and brand-building capability within highly technical environments.
• Background in deep tech, advanced manufacturing, or industrial B2B strongly preferred.
