Finance Analyst

Location: Liverpool Street / Shoreditch (EC2)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + generous share options

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a central role in scaling their finance operations and supporting the business as it grows into new healthcare settings. This is a unique chance to join a mission-led company tackling one of the biggest challenges in healthcare today.

• Supporting month-end processes including reconciliations, employee expenses, credit control, and payment runs
• Helping to scale financial processes as the company expands into new products and markets
• Leading on finance transformation projects, streamlining systems and making data more accessible across the business
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and support
• Using your Excel skills to work with large data sets, build models, and improve reporting

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Maths, or related field OR experience in a finance/accounts role
• Strong Excel skills – confident with formulas, functions, and large data sets
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with the drive to improve processes
• Desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced, growing organisation

• £40,000 – £50,000 base salary
