Application Support Specialist
Location: UK (Remote) | Salary: £38,000-£42,500 (DOE)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative team player to join a leading software provider’s support team, helping clients across the UK. You’ll enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and turning customer challenges into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to external clients on software products.
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues via the customer portal.
- Take ownership of incidents to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, share knowledge, and improve processes.
- Become a subject matter expert and contribute to wider knowledge management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Application or software support experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

- Basic SQL knowledge.
