Business Analyst
Business Analyst – 6-month contract – London/Remote – SC Cleared – Inside IR35
My Customer is seeking an experienced SC Cleared Business Analyst to play a pivotal role within our Change Enablement function. Working in close partnership with programme teams and key business stakeholders, you will help shape, define and deliver meaningful change that drives operational excellence and enhances the employee experience.
You will bring strong business analysis and change expertise to understand business needs, identify pain points, define clear requirements, and ensure change initiatives are prioritised effectively and aligned to strategic outcomes.
Key Skills required from the Business Analyst:
- Actively SC Cleared
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst, within change or transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across multiple levels of the organisation
- Solid experience documenting and managing requirements using appropriate methodologies and tools
- Confident applying business change and process improvement techniques
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior colleagues
- Analytical, pragmatic and outcomes-focused, with a collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
- Partner with programme teams and business stakeholders to understand, analyse, define and document change requirements
- Apply business change techniques to identify inefficiencies, pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Support the definition of business benefits, outcomes and success measures
- Deliver data-driven insights and process improvements aligned to strategic goals
- Collaborate across departments to support change initiatives and improve ways of working
- Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts, supporting the ongoing development of Business Change capability within the division
The SC Cleared Business Analyst is required onsite, 2 days per week or 40% of your time each Month in Central London.
