IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer | 2 Month Contract | Central London

My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:

-                Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users.

-                Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory and Windows 11.

-                Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and general system maintenance.

-                Providing support with additional IT projects.

-                Setting up devices.

IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:

-            Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system – Administration, support and builds

-            Microsoft Stack including Office 365 and Intune – Administration and support

-            Active Directory – Administration and management

-            Using ticketing system to respond to portal requests – User support

-            Joiners Movers Leavers experience.

The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week onsite in Central London.
