Venn Group’s North East IT team are recruiting for an experienced 1st Line Technical Analyst  to join an expanding technical support team! We are currently representing a fantastic organisation with offices nationwide and hundreds of internal staff who will need help resolving IT-related faults quickly and efficiently.  

Location:            Morley

Salary:                £25,000 - £26,000

Duration:  Permanent

Start:                  Immediate

Day to day duties:

• The successful candidate will join a technical IT team and assist customers with all IT support related issues
• Experience of providing IT support in an enterprise environment
• Provide 1st line technical support for hardware, software and ERP issues
• Ensure all calls are logged on the helpdesk ticketing system and progress notes are added to all calls
• Manage the timely resolution of open calls and call actions across all internal customers
• Proactively manage problem calls through to completion in a timely basis
• Ensure agreed IT resolution Service Levels are met
• Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure platforms, Microsoft packages
• Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate the ability and desire to go ‘above and beyond’ for our business
• A valid UK driving license as occasional travel to remote branches throughout the UK and Ireland
