Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support a large-scale upgrade project, migrating approximately 1,000 devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upgrade and migrate around 1,000 end-user devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11

  • Ensure minimal disruption to users during the upgrade process

  • Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related issues

  • Provide on-site user support during and after migrations

  • Follow documented upgrade processes and escalation procedures

  • Accurately record progress and issues throughout the project

Locations

  • Aylesbury (main site)

  • High Wycombe

  • Amersham

Requirements

  • Proven experience upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 in an enterprise environment

  • Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential due to site travel)

  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
