IT Refresh Technician

We’re working with an NHS Trust to deliver a large-scale IT hardware refresh project and are looking for experienced IT Refresh Technicians to join the team.

Job Description:

• Replacing and upgrading end-user devices, including DUMB terminals, desktops and laptops.

• Ensuring all hardware is correctly configured, tested and ready for clinical and administrative use.

• Supporting users during the transition and troubleshooting any hardware-related issues.

• Maintaining accurate records of asset moves, installations and returns.

• Working across multiple NHS and GP sites as part of a wider IT refresh programme.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in IT deployment/refresh projects (NHS experience desirable but not essential).

• Good understanding of basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.

• Excellent customer service skills when dealing with clinical and admin staff.

• Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle, travel between NHS sites required.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
