Service Desk Analyst - 3-Month FTC - £25,000 (Pro rata) - Middlebrook (3 days p/w - Part time)

Leading manufacturing client now requires a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT. If you're passionate about tech and enjoy solving problems, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

 

What you'll do:

  • Provide first-line IT support and troubleshooting
  • Resolve issues with networking, software, and printing
  • Administer Active Directory & Windows (10+)
  • Support Google Workspace and mobile devices
  • Deliver great customer service and user training

 

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a business IT environment
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude

 

This can be structured as a 3-month fixed term contract role which provides a base salary of £25,000 (Pro rata) or a £120 p/d day rate (Inside IR35).

 

In terms of working structure, this role is part time with 3 days working week. 2 days in their Middlebrook office and one from home.
