The Role Youll be trained directly by the founders through a structured 15-module program covering headhunting, business development, and market intelligence.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and negotiate high-value placements.

One graduate with no recruitment experience billed £250K in their first year this is a platform for high earners.
