Senior UX/UI Designer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of complex workflows, create end-to-end product solutions, and elevate the overall craft quality of our Landmark applications. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who thrives in technical environments and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for major workflows and product areas, ensuring exceptional usability, clarity, and consistency.
• Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
• Apply and evolve the Landmark design system, contributing new patterns where appropriate.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct user validation and usability testing, iterating on designs based on insights and feedback.
• Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive critique to refine solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or technical product design.
• Mastery in interaction design, visual design, and foundational knowledge of UX research methods.
• Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Comfortable collaborating in Agile engineering environments (experience with Angular/React is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
• Background in energy, engineering, or industrial domains.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
